About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and service-minded Concierge to join our hospitality team in Phuket. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring all villas or apartments are perfectly prepared before guest arrivals.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Ensure villas/apartments are clean, well-maintained, and ready for arrivals.
• Handle guest requests efficiently and provide accurate local information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and drivers to guarantee smooth operations.
• Report issues and follow up on resolutions promptly.


Qualifications
• Experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management preferred.
• Good command of English
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid driving license

ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจะต้องสามารถให้บริการแขกได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม ดูแลกระบวนการเช็คอิน–เช็คเอาท์ ประสานงานกับเจ้าของอสังหาริมทรัพย์ และตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าวิลล่าหรืออพาร์ตเมนต์ทุกหลังอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมรับแขกเสมอ

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• ต้อนรับแขกเมื่อมาถึง และดูแลขั้นตอนการเช็คอิน–เช็คเอาท์
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าวิลล่าหรืออพาร์ตเมนต์สะอาด เรียบร้อย และพร้อมสำหรับการเข้าพัก
• ให้ข้อมูลท้องถิ่นที่ถูกต้องและจัดการคำขอของแขกอย่างรวดเร็ว
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายแม่บ้าน ช่างซ่อมบำรุง และคนขับรถ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
• รายงานปัญหาที่พบและติดตามผลการแก้ไขอย่างต่อเนื่อง

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• มีประสบการณ์ในด้านงานบริการ โรงแรม หรือบริหารอสังหาริมทรัพย์ (จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
• มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการจัดการที่ดี
• เป็นคนละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์

• ตำแหน่งประจำ (Full-time) ประจำจังหวัดภูเก็ต
• เงินเดือนตามประสบการณ์และความสามารถ
• สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่เป็นมิตรและมีความยืดหยุ่น
