MEP & Infrastructure - Site Engineer
(contract base – full time)
Budget: THB 60k – 70k

Job Descriptions:
-- To coordinate with oversea MEP consultant, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
-- To ensure all documentation is in place and updated during each phase of the project and that the value of any proposed solution is maximized.
-- To oversee and monitor MEP, Infrastructure, ELV/IT/AV work progress to ensure timely work completion.
-- To manage and control the changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
-- To manage and control QAQC for the products.
-- To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
-- To liaise with internal and external stakeholders in relation to project requirement and expectations.
-- To supervise and monitor site construction works to ensure in accordance to drawings.
-- To understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
-- To oversee daily site activities and site coordination with contractors.
-- To undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
-- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
-- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
-- Minimum 9-10 years of working experience in similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry.
-- Good communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai.
-- Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
-- Positive thinking, self-motivated, team work, self-discipline, good working attitude and initiative.
-- Able to work independently and meet tight schedules.
-- Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand.
