MEP & Infrastructure – Project Engineer
(contract base – full time)
Budget: THB 80k – 100k

Job Descriptions:
-- Coordinate with oversea M&E consultant, Archi & ID Designer, Infrastructure Consultant, ELV/IT/AV team, Four Seasons Design Team, third parties/vendors and contractors to execution of projects.
-- Report and escalate to management as needed.
-- Understand drawings, designs & measurements, and able to communicate Designer, consultants and contractors.
-- Review tender drawings, specifications, documents, pre-tender estimates prior to tender.
-- Review consultants’ tender reports and provide input.
-- Prepare tender questionnaire for tender interviews.
-- Lead M&E and Infrastructure consultants and contractors from project inception until completion.
-- Provide input in scheduling, logistic and planning.
-- Attend to and resolve all MEP & Infrastructure issues including design, cost, work execution and authority approval, etc.
-- Oversee and monitor MEP & Infrastructure works progress to ensure timely work completion.
-- Ensure MEP & Infrastructure works are carried out in accordance with specifications, project quality plan and safety requirements.
-- Oversee daily site activities.
-- To prepare and submit the site bi-weekly & monthly report.
-- Monitor and lead process for testing and commissioning and hand over inspections for MEP & Infrastructure works.
-- Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:
-- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
-- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
-- Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in a similar job function or Hospitality & Residential industry.
-- Able to propose alternative engineering solution to benefit the project.
-- Excellent communication in both spoken and writing English and Thai.
-- Goal oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure.
-- Positive thinking, self-motivated, team work, self-discipline, good working attitude and initiative.
-- Able to work independently and meet tight schedules.
-- Work Location: Four Seasons Naka Yai, Phuket, Thailand.
