Job Purpose:
To lead and facilitate daily fitness, recreation & wellness activities for guests at the TALAY Retreat Centre. This role promotes health, movement, and joy through group fitness classes, beach activities and personal growth sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily movement, fitness and personal growth sessions.
Facilitate group recreational activities such as beach games, stretching sessions, and team-building challenges.
Lead groups on local excursions.
Support social media efforts with fitness-related content (photos, videos, reels).
Keep up-to-date with fitness trends and bring new ideas into the TALAY environment.
Adapt activities and sessions to suit different fitness levels and age groups.
