Job Purpose:
To prepare quality healthy dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, both Western and Thai cuisines. Also to assist in maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness, ordering supplies, and working collaboratively with the rest of the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for retreat guests. Flexibility and teamwork are essential in our small team, as the cook may be asked to assist with other areas during peak times.
