About the Role
We’re looking for a Lead Generator / SDR to help us connect with more hotel owners and general managers. Your mission is to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our Sales Manager. You’ll use research potential hotels, cold call, outbound messaging, to spark interest and start conversations.
This is a hybrid role — ideal for someone with a background in telesales, inside sales, or hotel tech sales who enjoys talking to people and opening doors. You’ll work partly from home and occasionally visit hotels or join on-site meetings when needed.

What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct research, list building, and data cleaning
- Identify hotel prospect using qualification criteria
- Make daily outbound cold calls and follow-up messages (via WhatsApp, LINE, or email)
- Speak with hotel owners or GMs to understand their current situation and challenges
- Qualify hotels based on potential and solution fit
- Set up appointments for the Sales Manager with interested prospects
- Follow up with warm leads to reconfirm or reschedule meetings
- Update and manage hotel lead data in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to improve outreach scripts and lead quality
- Track and report weekly activity: number of calls, meetings booked, and show-up rates

Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in lead generation, telesales, or inside sales
- Strong communication and confident phone presence (Thai language required)
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection
- Organized and able to keep CRM clean and up-to-date
- Familiar with Google Sheets / Excel; CRM experience (e.g. Notion, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus
- Self-starter who is results-driven and works independently
- Background in hotels, OTAs, or hospitality industry is a plus
