About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our team as the founding member and grow with us. We will build the entire sales system from ground up and you’ll be leading the entire sales process — from identifying potential hotels to closing deals. You’ll work closely with the founder and revenue specialist to offer solutions that solve real problems for real hotels.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Phuket, with the flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Be Doing
- Build the entire sales system together with founder
- Own the full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, pitching, and closing
- Identify potential hotel partners and assess their revenue potential
- Run cold and discovery calls, assess hotel performance with founder, and tailor proposals
- Present our solutions in-person or online meetings
- Maintain active CRM tracking and submit weekly progress reports
- Work directly with the founder to refine offers and strategy
- Help shape our sales playbooks, pricing logic, and client profiles
- Represent GetGuest in Southern Thailand and build strong hotel relationships locally and online

What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of B2B sales experience (Hospitality tech, SaaS, or agency sales)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, hotel marketing, OTAs, and revenue management concepts
- Familiarity with hotel technology landscape (PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, Rate Shopping tools, RMS)
- Comfortable doing cold outreach, discovery calls, and consultative selling
- Confident presenting to hotel owners and general managers
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly
- Bonus: Experience working with PMS providers, hotel tech vendors, or hotel marketing agencies
- Thai nationality with good proficiency in English
