Experience BOA, Phuket's multi-level house music nightclub, where an expansive dancefloor, an intimate VIP area surrounding the DJ booth and a state-of-the-art Adamson sound system bring every night to life. It's all about deep, powerful sound, immersive visuals and one shared love of house music.

Behind that experience is the technical talent that makes it all happen. As our Light & Sound Technician, you'll keep the sound crisp, the lighting on point and every technical detail running smoothly, helping create the atmosphere that keeps the crowd moving from the first track to the last.

We're looking for someone hands-on, technically minded and quick to react when things don't go to plan. Ready to help bring the BOA experience to life?

What you'll do
• Set up, test and operate sound systems, adjusting audio levels throughout the night and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

• Operate lighting rigs and visual effects, syncing them with the music and atmosphere to bring every performance to life.

• Carry out routine equipment checks, manage technical inventory and make sure backup equipment is ready when needed.

• Prepare and test all technical systems before doors open, then manage equipment shutdown and breakdown after events.

• Work closely with DJs and performers to meet their technical requirements and keep performances running seamlessly.

• Follow health and safety procedures for all electrical equipment, installations and rigging, responding quickly and safely to technical issues.

What you'll bring
• Hands-on experience with sound, lighting or AV equipment, ideally in a nightclub, beach club, live music venue or events environment.

• A good technical understanding of audio systems, lighting consoles and event equipment, with the confidence to troubleshoot problems under pressure.

• A practical, proactive approach and the ability to think on your feet when the unexpected happens.

• A strong eye for detail, taking pride in equipment that is properly maintained, safely installed and ready for every event.

• A team-player mindset, comfortable working closely with DJs, performers and operations colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.

What you'll get
• Working hours are 7:30pm to 4:30am or 9:30pm to 6:30am, depending on your shift.

• Competitive salary plus service charge, 20% employee discount and Social Security coverage.
