รายละเอียด

Lights down, bass up, and a dancefloor that doesn't stop until close. Welcome to BOA, where house music runs the night and the crowd lives for it.

From the first guest through the door to the last track of the night, the room depends on one thing: everyone feeling safe enough to let go. That's where you come in. You're not standing outside the energy. You're the reason it holds.

We're not after someone who just stands at a door. We want a Security Guard who can read a crowd in seconds, calm a situation before anyone else notices it, and still give every guest a warm welcome on the way in. Sound like you? Keep reading…

What you'll do

• Own the door: check guests in, manage the queue and set the tone for the night from the very first arrival.

• Patrol the dancefloor, the bar and every corner of the club, spotting trouble early and de-escalating it calmly and discreetly before it ever touches the vibe.

• Step up as first responder in any emergency, keeping guests and the team safe.

• Keep doors, entry points and fire exits clear, secure and ready, and log every incident accurately so nothing slips through the cracks.

• Represent BOA with a friendly, professional presence, even when the night is at its loudest.

What you'll bring

• Solid experience in security or protective services, ideally in busy nightclubs, bars or hospitality venues.

• A proven track record of defusing tense situations without escalating them.

• Comfort working with guests from every background, every night of the week.

• A calm, polished presence that stays steady when the room is at full volume.

What you'll get

• Competitive salary and incentives

• Working hours are 7:30pm to 4:30am or 9:30pm to 6:30am, depending on your shift.

BOA is committed to creating an inclusive workplace where different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds are valued. We believe our diversity makes us stronger and welcome applications from all candidates. We select people based on their skills, experience and potential.
