The sun's out, the music's up and every daybed wants another round. Behind the bar, you're the engine that keeps it all running. Ice stays full, glasses keep coming, and the bartenders never miss a beat because you're already a step ahead.

We need more than someone who can carry a crate. We want a Bar Back who keeps pace on a packed day, spots what the bar needs before anyone asks and brings the same energy as the deck. Sound like you? Keep reading…

What you'll do
• Replenish liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice throughout the night.

• Keeps the bar area clean and well-organized.

• Assist the bar tenders by retrieving bottles, preps garnishes, and sets up drink stations.

• Manage the Ice & Glassware by keeping a steady supply on hand, especially during busy periods.

• Help deliver drinks to guests or waitstaff when needed.

• Let the Bar Manager know when supplies are running low.

What you'll bring
• Thai nationality

• Proven experience working behind a bar

• An easy way with people, a calm head when the pressure comes on, and real respect for cleanliness, hygiene and safety behind the bar.
