You're the first person every guest meets. Before the cabanas, before the cocktails, before the view hits them. The day starts with you, at the pier and at the door, and the tone you set carries all the way through.

We're not after someone who just ticks names off a list. We want a Hostess who reads a queue like a room, remembers a returning guest before they say a word, and keeps the flow moving when every table is full. Sound like you? Keep reading…

What you'll do
• Open the day ready: reception spotless, guest list and VIP bookings reviewed, reservation software live, wristbands prepped and loaded with credits.
• Greet every guest with warmth and their name where you have it, walk them to their table, and hand over to the service team.
• Run the reservation book and the walk-in queue together, moving in sync with bar, kitchen and floor so VIPs, regulars and first-timers all feel looked after.
• Stay unshakeable when a wait runs long or a guest is unhappy: offer a fix fast, flag it to your manager, and check back once they're seated.
• Close out the day properly: guest flow and no-shows logged, the guest updated and your station reset for tomorrow.

What you'll bring
• Thai nationality: this role is open to Thai nationals only.
• Strong spoken English.
• Experience working on a reception desk or customer service experience.
• A natural warmth with people, plus a calm head when the queue builds and every table is turning at once.
• Confidence using a reservation system.
