Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning
• Develop, plan, and deliver events across Infinite Luxury’s portfolio, including monthly brunches, daily DJ & live musician line-ups, pop-up activations, and international flagship events.
• Conceptualise innovative themes, entertainment programmes, and experiential elements that enhance guest satisfaction and brand perception.
• Collaborate with marketing, F&B, and sales teams to align event strategies with overall business objectives.
Entertainment & Partnerships
• Source, negotiate, and manage entertainment talent, including DJs, live performers, fashion collaborators, and technical partners (sound, lighting, staging).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, partners, and sponsors to enhance event quality, visibility, and reach.
• Develop unique pop-up concepts and collaborations that drive excitement, brand positioning, and guest loyalty.
Event Operations
• Oversee end-to-end logistics including budgets, timelines, planning, staffing, set-up, and on-the-day management.
• Manage daily DJ and entertainment schedules at Kata Rocks to ensure consistency, atmosphere, and guest satisfaction.
• Lead the operational planning and execution of Infinite Luxury’s flagship events, including the Kata Rocks Superyacht Rendezvous and the Kata Rocks Poker Run.
• Ensure all events comply with brand standards, safety requirements, and relevant licensing regulations.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience in event management, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.
• Demonstrated success in organising both large-scale international events and smaller lifestyle activations.

**Entertainment management background is preferred.**
