This position requires an analytical, ROI-focused marketer who can balance creative ad strategy with data-driven optimisation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media. Hospitality, luxury lifestyle, or real estate marketing experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in revenue-focused ad campaigns with strong ROAS.
• Skilled in GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/CRM systems, and lead tracking tools.
• Strong creative copywriting ability and ad content testing mindset.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast, optimise, and scale campaigns.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands and business units simultaneously.
