รายละเอียด

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in property management or sales within the hotel, Airbnb, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry.
- Have experience in a senior leadership role within operations management, preferably in vacation rentals.
- Proficient in English and Thai communication; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and maintenance and housekeeping.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.

Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
