ตำแหน่ง : Interior Design
• Real Estate
• Proficiency in design software
• Residential interior design projects
Responsibilities:
• Works with outsourced design teams to determine initial goals and requirements for the space to be designed.
• Manage the construction and installation of interior design elements
• Recommendations regarding materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the desires of the target market and project objectives, while adhering to budget constraints
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability.
Qualifications:
• At least 5 years of experience in residential interior design projects
• Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous works
