Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in any related field
-3-5 years Experience in travel agency or hotel would be advantage
-Experience in airline ticketing would be an advantage for the Operation Officer
-Experience to communicate or to work with
foreign nationals
-Good English communication of written and
spoken
-Computer literate, Microsoft Office knowledge
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
and work under pressure
-Well-developed problem-solving skills
-Customer-centric with a commitment to high standards of service delivery
-High attention to detail & strong time/priority
management skills
-Able to work independently or in a team
environment
-Willingness to work in shift duty on weekend or
public holiday when necessary
-CAN START IMMEDIATELY would be advantage
