Qualifications:
• Thai nationality only
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any fields
• At least 1 year experience in related fields
• Good English communication skills
• Pleasant personality, a well groomed and interpersonal skill appearance are essential
• Pro-active, responsibility, service-minded
• Must have the flexibility to work various flight schedules
• Can start immediately would be advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Work in the arrival’s area (Domestic and International).
• Work in the departure area (Domestic and International) .
• Welcoming customers.
• Coordinate transfers on arrival.
• Supporting our customers at the Airport in all cases where they need help. (Lost & Found / Lost Luggage etc.)
• Reporting flight delays (arrival / departure)
• Assistance to our guests at the check-in desk in the event of problems.
• Flexible working hours.
• Living near the Airport.
• Other assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
