Yacht Service Administrator

Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina, Phuket Province.

The Yacht Service Administrator manages service requests, schedules repairs, and ensures efficient yacht maintenance. They keep records, communicate with engineers and captains, and prepare reports.
Qualifications
– Computer literate.
– Good level of English communication, writing, and reading.
– Yacht management experience and basic engineering knowledge is a bonus.
Responsibilities
– Managing Service Requests.
Handling incoming requests, scheduling appointments, and ensuring efficient use of technician time.
– Record Keeping.
Maintaining accurate records of service activities and service history.
– Documentation.
Preparing and processing work orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
– Coordination.
Coordinating with engineers to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
– Reporting.
Preparation of monthly service reports for boat owners and management review.
– Inventory Management.
Keeping parts inventory and parts ordering.
