Skipper for Sailing Catamaran 60ft
Thai or foreign national.
Full-time job located in Royal Phuket Marina, Phuket Province.

Qualifications
– Valid skipper/master license suitable for the vessel size and operational area.
– Proven experience in handling sailing catamarans, including navigation, anchoring, and docking in varied conditions.
– Strong knowledge of local waters, weather patterns, and maritime regulations.
– Leadership and crew management skills.
– Good mechanical, electric, and sailing system knowledge for troubleshooting onboard equipment.
– Excellent communication and hospitality skills to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
– Navigate and operate the catamaran safely in all conditions, including sailing, anchoring, and docking.
– Plan itineraries considering weather, tides, and guest preferences.
– Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
– Manage and supervise crew, coordinating deck operations and guest services.
– Maintain the vessel’s readiness, overseeing checks of engines, sails, rigging, and safety equipment.
– Keep accurate logbooks for navigation, fuel, and maintenance.
– Ensure a high standard of hospitality and guest satisfaction throughout the charter.
