ตำแหน่ง : Real Estate Sales Agent (Thai National)
* Thai nationality (male or female).
* Good command of English (mandatory). Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of the Phuket real estate market.
* Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate.
* Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
* Ability to work with CRM systems.
* Experience in conducting online presentations.
* Professional appearance and a well-groomed, business-appropriate presentation.
* Self-discipline and strong time management skills.
* Proactive attitude and initiative.
* Results-driven mindset.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Professional ethics and integrity.
Additional Advantage:
* Previous experience working in the Phuket real estate market.
