Job Vacancy – Condominium Operations & Rental Manager (Location : Surin, Phuket)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive manager to oversee condominium operations, rental management and guest services.

Key Responsibilities :

- Supervise building maintenance, contractors and service providers.

- Manage apartment rentals and reservations through OTAs, including Airbnb, Booking.com and Agoda.

- Optimize pricing, occupancy and rental revenue.

- Supervise housekeeping, apartment inspections, laundry and linen inventory.

- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and guest communications.

- Prepare regular reports for owners covering rental income, expenses, maintenance and apartment conditions.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in property management, hospitality or rental operations.

- Hands-on experience with OTAs, channel managers and PMS software.

- Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Good command of English; Thai language skills are an advantage.

- Honest, reliable, service-oriented and able to work independently.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on manager capable of coordinating all operational activities while ensuring excellent service, efficient cost control and transparent reporting to apartment owners.
