KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.1. Consolidation, recheck, and control of all legal documentation flow between the
Condominium Developer or its designated management company and its owners/lessees;
1.2. Consolidation, recheck, and control of all accounting documentation flow between the
Condominium Developer or its designated management company and its owners/lessees;
1.3. Assisting in maintaining an accurate, date flow of information to the Accounting
Department and coordinating the preparation of all necessary accounting information and
invoice-receipt procedures;
1.4. Arrangement and support of all legal procedures, which are due under the law of Thailand, In respect of relations between the Condominium Developer or its designated management
company and its owners/lessees;
1.5. Communication and assistance to owners/lessees of the Condominium in all respects of
legal and monetary relations between the Condominium Developer or its designated
management company and its owners/lessees;
1.6. Solving of any questions and controversial issues arising on behalf of Condominium
owners/lessees in respect to Condominium operation;
1.7. Assisting synergy between the Condominium Developer or its designated management
company and its owners/lessees in handling on-site practical issues and ensuring good
communication between Condominium Developer or its designated management company and
its owners/lessees;
1.8. Maintaining good public relations with clients, owners, and tenants of the property.
1.9. Identifying problems in Condominium areas, reporting to the Condominium Developer or its
designated management company and providing initial recommendations of improvement in
order to maximize the efficiency of Condominium management;
1.10. Participating in the arrangement of the annual budget of the Condominium operation.
1.11. Support and implementation of the Condominium management policy;


REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
2.1. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Property Management, Hospitality, Hotel Management,
Arts (English), Humanities, or related fields.
2.2. Experiences minimum of 5 years in Residential Management, Building Management, and
Condominium Business is preferable.
2.3. Very good in the written and spoken English language.
2.4. Proactive and eager to learn, team player, result-oriented, and can-do attitude.
2.5. Able to act independently within limited timelines and under pressure.
2.6. Demonstrate leadership ability, team management, communication, and interpersonal skills
2.7. Good in communication, negotiation skills, and computer literacy
2.8. The ability to design and execute the “Custom Centric Approach; will be given special
consideration.
