Key Responsibilities
- Manage all hotel reservations (direct, OTA, website, travel agents) with accuracy and efficiency.
- Oversee e-commerce platforms and ensure up-to-date, optimized content across all online channels (OTAs, GDS, hotel website, social media booking tools).
- Implement rate strategies in coordination with Revenue Management and Sales team.
- Analyze booking patterns, revenue performance, and guest trends to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance visibility and direct bookings through promotions, SEO/SEM, and campaign tracking.
- Ensure the reservation team delivers excellent guest service and handles requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor pricing, digital market trends, and booking behaviors.
- Thai Nationality only.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in reservations, revenue, or e-commerce in the hotel or resort industry.
- Familiar with hotel PMS/CRS (e.g., Opera, Protel), channel manager, and booking engines.
- Strong understanding of OTA extranet systems and revenue optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
