• Participate in planning the department’s operational activities, including analyzing the effectiveness of advertising media and identifying advertising channels to reach new customer segments. Organize marketing and promotional activities, and conduct market research to compare with competitors in the area.
• Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies. Analyze market and consumer data related to the project from various sources.
• Help determine appropriate advertising channels that align with the target audience.
• Analyze the properties and surrounding environments of the projects in comparison with competitors in the area.
• Report market survey findings to the sales team to support sales strategies and marketing planning. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience working in the real estate industry. •Proficient in using online and social media platforms for marketing purposes.
• Solid understanding of real estate marketing, including customer segments, competitors, and brand positioning.
