1.Thai nationality, male or female.
2.Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a property management company.
3.Fluent in English and able to use it as a working language.
4.Familiar with Thai property management-related laws and regulations.
5.Experience in managing condominium or hotel-type properties is preferred.
6.Working Hours: 5-day work week, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM

1. Take full responsibility for the daily operational management of the property project to ensure service quality.
2. Establish property management rules and regulations, and optimize work processes.
3. Supervise the property team to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate and handle owners’ and tenants’ complaints as well as emergencies.
5. Prepare property budget plans and control costs.
6. Maintain good communication with local government departments, suppliers, and relevant organizations.
7. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure safety and normal operation.
8. Perform other related tasks assigned by the company.
