Job Summary:
Directs, coordinates, and oversees all engineering, maintenance, and technical operations of the resort, including preventive maintenance, facility management, fire & life safety (FLS), energy conservation, and capital project execution, ensuring compliance with Radisson brand standards and local statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise daily operations of the engineering and maintenance department, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, civil works, and pool systems.

Develop, implement, and monitor the annual preventive maintenance program for all guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and resort machinery.

Ensure strict compliance with all fire, life, safety, environmental, and building codes mandated by law and corporate hotel standards.

Monitor energy consumption (electricity, water, gas) and implement cost-effective energy conservation initiatives.

Oversee external contractors, vendor performance, technical project bidding, and repair services to maintain high quality and cost control.

Respond effectively to emergency maintenance issues, guest room technical complaints, and facility failures with swift corrective action.

Manage department budgeting, manpower planning, staff training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or related technical field.

Minimum 5–7 years of engineering management experience in upscale hotels, resorts, or large-scale hospitality properties.

Possession of a Certified Building Engineer / Senior Professional Engineer license (Sor.Por.) as required by Thai law.

Deep technical expertise in HVAC systems, electrical high/low voltage, water treatment plants, fire safety systems, and building automation.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, budget management, and good communication skills in Thai and English.
