- A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related wellness field is highly preferred by luxury resorts and international hotel chains.
- Requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in spa operations, ideally with 1 to 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Spa management or massage therapy diplomas and certifications (such as a Certified Spa Supervisor credential) are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in spa booking platforms, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and scheduling software is mandatory.
- Must demonstrate strong leadership, effective communication, conflict resolution, and the physical stamina required to manage bustling spa environments
