ตำแหน่ง : Sous Chef (DARA Cuisine)
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years working as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or senior culinary lead in a professional, full-service Thai kitchen or luxury resort.
- Deep knowledge of regional Thai flavors, traditional preparation methods, spice blending, and authentic presentation.
- Ability to direct staff, maintain a positive work atmosphere, and keep calm under high-pressure service.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, inventory ordering, and basic restaurant software.
- Solid understanding of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines and local food safety standards.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
