Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Integrative Health, Functional Medicine, Herbal Medicine, or related field, supplementation, lifestyle-based wellness, and preventive health approaches.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in naturopathy, integrative wellness, nutrition, or related health and wellness roles with valid professional qualification and license or certification.
- Experience conducting health intakes, guest consultations, and individualized wellness recommendations, and educating team members in a clear and engaging manner.
- Ability to work across wellness programming, guest education, farm-based wellness experiences, and food and beverage collaboration.
- Strong spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
