1. General Qualifications
- Open to all genders, aged 20 years and above.
- High school diploma, vocational certificate, higher vocational certificate, or bachelor's degree. Candidates with qualifications in related fields such as Sports Science, Physical Education, or Exercise Science will be given special consideration.
- Interested in fitness, health, and physical well-being.
- Good personality, physically fit, and possessing a strong service mind.
- Previous experience working in a fitness center, hotel, or sports facility will be an advantage.

2. Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness equipment, and proper equipment maintenance.
- Ability to instruct guests on the correct and safe use of fitness equipment.
- Ability to provide basic guidance on exercise techniques and stretching.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist and serve guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and provide basic assistance in emergencies.
- A fitness instructor certification or First Aid / CPR certification will be an advantage.
