- At lease 1 year experience in the same level
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Experience in Welfare, Activities, Team engagement, etc.

This position will be more focus on creating team member engagement and welfare also taking care of Team Member Village and working closely with Learning Manager on trainees and organize orientation for both first day induction and group orientation.
