• Developing and implementing strategies for MICE and event bookings
• Prospecting and building new client relationships
• Handling end-to-end event planning and coordination
• Working closely with operations to ensure seamless event delivery
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activities
• Preparing proposals and maintaining detailed sales reporting
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• 2–3 years of MICE/event sales experience in hospitality
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth understanding of Phuket’s market
