- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานแม่บ้านโรงแรม หรือสายงานบริหารงานบริการอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
- สามารถบริหารจัดการงานภายในองค์กรและควบคุมการทำงานของทีมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีใจรักงานบริการและมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี สุภาพ และมีความเป็นผู้นำ
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และตัดสินใจได้ดีภายใต้สถานการณ์กดดัน

Proficient in all Housekeeping procedures, with strong operational and technical knowledge to be a resource when needed. A proven track record in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 - 5 years' departmental leadership experience managing a large team within a quality environment and/or with a demonstrated focus on exceptional guest service. , with the operational versatility to oversee multiple functions at once. Commercially aware, with excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle several operations in parallel. Driven and ambitious to inspire the team to consistently deliver and exceed service standards. Clear thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong working Tertiary qualified, with certification in OHS, First Aid and Chemical Handling will be preferred.
