Duties & Responsibilities:
• To serve in a friendly and unobtrusive way alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the bars
• Being open to new concepts of ROBINSON and supporting the management with 100%
• Making cocktails, and all drinks as per the standards and based on orders.
• Constant control of the bar areas (front and back) as well as the occupied tables to ensure cleanliness (such as regularly replacement of used ashtrays) and that any further wishes of the guests are satisfied
• Preparation of a correct internal stock request according to the daily needs
• To prepare the needed service material
• To replenish the stock
• To clean the service material, equipment and furnishing
