Role Overview

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives for the hotel. The role requires strong experience in digital platforms, content creation, and creative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is bilingual in Thai and English, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving results through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, OTA platforms, and other channels.
• Manage and monitor the hotel’s social media accounts, ensuring engaging and brand-aligned content.
• Support content creation (copywriting, visuals, short videos) for social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to deliver compelling digital campaigns.
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using GA4, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.
• Support in managing and updating the hotel’s official website, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and alignment with campaigns to increase website visibility and direct bookings.
• Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns to promote the hotel’s brand, services, and events
• Coordinate influencer and PR collaborations to strengthen the hotel’s digital presence.
• Ensure consistency with Wyndham Grand brand guidelines in all digital communications.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to recommend innovative digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (hospitality industry experience preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in creative marketing/content marketing.
• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
• A creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for hospitality.
• Portfolio or proof of past work in digital campaigns, content creation, or social media management is required.
