ตำแหน่ง : Duty Manager
A hotel Duty Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of the hotel, especially during their shift. They manage staff, handle guest issues, and maintain safety and security protocols. Their responsibilities include addressing complaints, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. They are essentially the point person for both staff and guests during their shift, acting as a leader and problem-solve
