Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend and serve wines to guests based on their preferences and food selections.
- Provide professional wine pairing recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain and manage the wine inventory, storage, and stock levels.
- Ensure proper wine presentation, handling, and service standards.
- Train and guide F&B team members on wine knowledge and service techniques.
- Support wine sales, promotions, and special dining events.
- Ensure compliance with luxury hospitality standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Sommelier in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of international wines, grape varieties, and wine pairing.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Good command of English.
- WSET certification or equivalent is an advantage.
