Qualifications:

- Service-minded with excellent communication skills
Good command of English

- Previous Front Office or Customer Service experience preferred

- Computer literate and able to use hotel systems (Opera systems)
Flexible to work shifts

- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel front office, guest service, or customer service role is an advantage.

- Fluent in spoken Mandarin Chinese and able to communicate effectively in English.

- Ability to read and write Chinese is an advantage.

- Knowledge of additional Chinese dialects is a plus.

- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.

- Basic knowledge of hotel PMS and front office procedures.

- Professional appearance, attention to detail, and cultural awareness.

- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
