Job Description

-Product Sourcing & Trend Curation.
- Conduct market research to analyze high-end fashion trends and customer behavior.
- Bring creative fashion vision and innovative styling ideas to life through store merchandising and product selection.
-Store Operations & Sales Drive.
-Proactively upsell and recommend additional products to maximize sales
- Manage staff schedules, perform evaluation, and train staff on product knowledge and fashion trends.

Qualifications

- Open to all genders (no age restriction).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Luxury Retail, Fashion Sourcing, Shop Management, or related fields.
- Strong fashion sense, eye for design, and sharp awareness of current luxury trends.
- Proven ability in market research, product curation, or trend forecasting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric mindset. Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
