HR Supervisor

Primary Responsibilities:
-Visa & Work Permit: Manage visa and work permit processes for foreign employees (Basic experience required; team training and support provided).
-Benefits & Welfare: Handle Social Security, Provident Fund, Workmen’s Compensation Fund, and Group Health Insurance.

Supportive Responsibilities:
-HR System: Assist with HR software operations and user support.
-Recruitment: Support talent acquisition and recruitment activities.
-Training Reports: Prepare and submit training reports.
-CSR: Help organize corporate social responsibility activities.
-Compliance: Process documentation for Persons with Disabilities employment laws.

Qualifications:

- All Genders
- Thai Nationality Only !
- Experience in HR benefits, employee relations, or generalist roles.
- Basic knowledge of Visa & Work Permit procedures.
- Language: Fair command of English (Intermediate level)
- Highly responsible
- Honest
- Positive thinking
- Generous
