Position: Professional Safety Officer (จป.วิชาชีพ)

Key Responsibilities

- High-Risk Safety Management: Oversee safety protocols for construction/renovation, hot work (welding), work at heights, electrical systems, gas systems, water pump operations, and pool maintenance.
- Fire Safety & Emergency Response: Plan and lead annual fire evacuation drills, safety training, and routine inspections of fire suppression equipment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Independently liaise with internal Department Heads to implement safety standards and address operational hazards.
- Government & Regulatory Liaison: Handle official documentation, regulatory filings, and direct communications with government authorities and inspectors.
- Incident Management: Conduct risk assessments, lead incident investigations, and implement effective corrective action plans.

Qualifications

- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (or related field) with an official Professional Safety Officer Certification (จป.วิชาชีพ).
- Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience. Prior experience managing construction, electrical safety, or gas systems is highly advantageous.
- Language Proficiency: Good command of English (spoken and written) for reporting and professional communication.
- Soft Skills: Strong initiative, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to independently coordinate with department heads and external government officials.
- Firefighting training certification or hands-on emergency response experience is a plus.
