Reservation Assistance Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming reservation requests via booking platform and email (confirm, modify, cancel)
• Coordinate with hotels and overseas colleagues (tour operators)
• Handle special requests from tour operators
• Resolve booking issues quickly and professionally
• Collaborate with the related departments for quality service
• Supporting complaint handling

Qualifications:
• Experience in tourism or hospitality industry for reservation process is welcome
• Excellent/ good verbal and written communication skills in Thai language and English,
• Able to use MS Office
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to communicate efficiently with suppliers and various departments,
• Responsible for tasks
• Compatible with teamwork
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to prioritize daily workload
