Overview of the Role

Responsible for driving store visual standards and commercial performance by translating brand guidelines into impactful product displays. Ensures alignment between visual merchandising, customer profile, and sales strategy.


What You Will Do
- Plan and execute product layouts based on trends and sales performance
- Analyze commercial reports to identify opportunities and improve sell-through
- Manage mannequins, visual displays, and store image standards
- Collaborate with store and commercial teams on layout strategies
- Train and develop team on visual merchandising standards
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and safety standards
