- Manage POS, payments and daily reporting
- Maintain stock levels, inventory and product displays
- Manage website products, pricing, images and stock
- Process and monitor online orders and deliveries
- Respond to website, WhatsApp and social media enquiries
- Support website promotions and online sales growth
- Assist with Instagram/Facebook content and product launches
- Coordinate with web developers when required
- Manage and support retail staff
- Monitor customer experience and build repeat business
