Responsibilities

1.Prepare customer contracts and related documents accurately.

2.Explain contract terms and conditions, including the details of each promotion, to customers before they purchase.

3.Follow up on customer payments according to the agreed installment schedule.

4.Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.

Qualifications

1.Foreign national aged 25 or above.

2.Excellent spoken and written English, with the ability to prepare professional documents in English.

3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills when working with customers.

4.Careful attention to detail, especially when handling contracts, payments, and customer information.

5.Able to plan and manage their own work to meet deadlines.
