Work Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or fitness center operations.

Facility & Equipment Care: Responsible for tidying, cleaning, and inspecting fitness equipment to ensure safety and readiness.

Service Mindset & Interpersonal Skills: Polite, welcoming, and eager to assist members throughout the gym area.

Personality & Physical Fitness: Physically fit, energetic, well-groomed, and presenting a healthy appearance.

Basic Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of fitness equipment, good problem-solving skills, with First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
