รายละเอียด

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in roles such as Senior Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or Assistant Bar Manager within restaurants, bars, or hospitality environments.

Beverage Expertise: Strong expertise in mixology, cocktail craftsmanship, spirit knowledge, and innovative menu development.

Bar Operations & Cost Control: Proven experience in assisting with daily bar operations, managing beverage cost standards, controlling inventory, and maintaining all bar equipment in optimal condition.

Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and supervise bartenders/baristas, manage shift scheduling, and conduct staff training on service standards and drink execution.

Languages & Service Excellence: Proficient in English communication, skilled in on-the-spot problem solving, and adept at smoothly handling guest feedback and complaints.
