รายละเอียด

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie.

Time Management:Strong time management skills with the ability to perform efficiently under high pressure.

Inventory & Cost Control: Proficient in calculating, ordering, and managing stock FIFO rules to meet daily demand, reduce costs, and minimize food waste.

Team Supervision: Ability to delegate tasks, supervise, and train Commis Chefs to work safely and effectively.

Hygiene Standards:Dedicated to maintaining kitchen cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and proper food storage according to Food Safety standards.

Certifications:Certified in Food Handler / Food Operator Training.
