1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2.Minimum 7–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
3.Experience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, or Chief Accountant role is preferred.
4.Experience in retail/shopping mall, hotel, hospitality, property development, or real estate is highly preferred.
5.Strong knowledge of TFRS/IFRS, taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.
6.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7.Strong leadership and people management skills.
8.Excellent communication and presentation skills.
9.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
10.Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent.
11.Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
12.Good command of English, both written and spoken.
13.CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
