- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a 4–5 star hotel or international hotel brand.
- Previous experience as a Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, or similar position is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Corporate, Leisure, Travel Agent, and Group segments.
- Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and business partners.
- Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, and hotel presentations.
- Good understanding of sales targets, account management, market analysis, and competitor activities.
- Able to identify new business opportunities and support the team in achieving revenue and sales targets.
- Good command of written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with hotel PMS/CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-minded and professional attitude.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Flexible to travel locally for sales calls, client visits, networking events, and trade activities when required.
- Knowledge of the Phuket hospitality and tourism market is an advantage.
- Experience in a pre-opening hotel environment is an advantage.
